Customer service here is always nice and friendly but 2 out of 3 times when I go and they are supposed to be open (and the sign at the store; plus google maps say OPEN) they are not and that is disappointing. I already spend the time to go once. Who has time to go back a second one? I’d give it a 5 stars review if it wasn’t for that because it’s always a nice interaction with the attendant and quality service is what makes people come back anywhere. But who likes to waste the time and not get what they went to buy? I hope that improves, I like that store.

Customer service above and beyond the average shop!
Called them to see if they had a product in stock. It was close to closing for the evening. He said they had the item and will wait to close until I got there! Now that is something special!

Called in to see if they carried my favorite brand of Kratom but to no avail the person didn't speak English :/ then they hung up on me
