About Capital Rent a Car
Capital Rent a Car provides a positive rental experience with friendly and professional service. Staff members are helpful, kind, patient, and understanding, offering excellent customer service and advice. The cars are awesome, in great condition, super clean, modern, smooth, comfortable, and basically new. The process is easy, non-fuss, and fairly priced, with a handy shuttle service. However, there can be a wait due to being understaffed. Some customers noted that additional fees for insurance and tolls were not clearly advertised initially and were considered steep. Despite this, many customers express sincere gratitude and look forward to renting again.

This experience was awesome because our flight was delayed and they stayed open past business hours to make sure we were situated!

Excellent service from Luis Peris, who did everything possible to help us choose the best car, and was also understanding of the translation difficulties. This dealership and Luis have my full recommendation! :)
