I brought my car in after noticing some noise while driving down to Miami following the installation of new tires. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They actually took the time to drive my car, inspect it, assess the issue, and they did not charge me for their time, which I greatly appreciated.
They explained that I would need new brake pads and brake discs. I was fully expecting the cost to be very high, especially in Miami, but the total came out to about $720, which I found very reasonable.
What truly set them apart was their professionalism and care. They told me my car would be ready by the next day, and they delivered exactly as promised. On top of that, they even washed my car, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated bonus.
The entire team was outstanding. The general manager, Davis, is incredibly caring and professional. I also met George, one of the mechanics, who was just as kind and friendly. Even the woman at the front desk was extremely sweet and courteous. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure.

“Recently took in my HR-V to do tints. I called ahead of time and they were able to accommodate me the next day. We dropped the car off right when they opened and just a couple hours later I got a text that it was done. The cars front windows were tinted prior and a little too dark for driving at night. They were able to remove the old tints and the owner showed me the different darkness percentage/difference between the kinds of tints they have. My family has taken other cars here for tints and to have security systems put in and we always have great things to say about their work. We are definitely repeat customers.”

“Good day lovely people! So, I called El Cheapo and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Javier about my rearview mirror needing to be replaced. Javier advised me to come tomorrow morning, When I came in and introduced myself Javier and another gentleman told me that I needed a new mirror, so I went to the auto store and got a new mirror. I went back to El Cheapo and was told to wait in the waiting area. Before I sat down the other gentle told me he's done! I was so shocked of how fast they were! I was VERY impressed. “This is without a doubt the best auto repair shop I have ever used. Oscar and his crew do great work, are completely honest and their prices are very reasonable. Anything they repair or replace they are happy to visually show you the wear and the parts they replaced. I brought my VW Jetta here after the dealer recommended it was time for a timing belt replacement. The dealer quoted $1400 for replacing just the belt. Oscar quoted me $850.00 and their repair charge included changing all the pulleys along with the water pump, which makes the most sense while the car is already taken apart. In addition, I mentioned I needed the tires rotated, they took care of it free of charge.”
