  DO NOT RENT A CAR from this establishment. They will not return your deposit! I rented a vehicle for ONE day on may 6th and still have not received my REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. I essentially paid $600 to rent a Toyota for less than 24 hours 🤣 I’ve called multiple times and they tell me it will be refunded and it never gets sent.

  Rented a mid-size SUV for a week—ended up with a rusty 10-year-old beater that smelled like smoke. When I called to complain, the rep was rude and said “that’s the only car available.” Hidden fees added $150 at checkout. Never again.

  It was a great experience for me . Everything was so quick and they are very friendly and respectful.

  Hidden fees tanked my budget. CAR RENTAL AIRPORT, LLC quoted me $45/day, then added a $20 “processing fee” and $15 “airport surcharge” at checkout. Despite my protests, they refused to remove the charges.

  There’s a range of cars, I just go with the most fuel efficient and affordable. Everytime I come Florida I’ll be using this family run business

  Rented a car for a month, really bad condition, dents, hits, loose bumper etc.. After return there was no comments but 3 days later charged us 500 dollars because the car was hit, which it was not. These people are scammers.. Be very careful!!!
