“I have searched high and low for the “best company” to apply PPF and ceramic coating in Miami. Reddit, forums, and word of mouth all led me to Josue at Highend Detail. They did not disappoint. Josue, Brianna, and staff were very polite, knowledgeable, and professional (something that is rare in Miami these days). I am a very picky customer and it just felt like a “right fit” talking to Josue. They did an outstanding job on my 2023 Range Rover and was truly quite speechless with the finish product. “I really enjoy being a member at El Car Wash in Pinecrest. The overall experience is great—the stations are well designed, everything is clean and modern, and the process is smooth and efficient. It’s a location I genuinely like using.
One suggestion for improvement would be to follow the same approach used at the Palmetto Bay location by limiting vacuum usage to members only. There are often people who aren’t paying for any service but are using the vacuums and towels to essentially “wash” their cars, which can make it harder for paying members to enjoy the amenities.
Aside from that, everything works great, and I’m very happy with my membership. With that one small adjustment, this location would be excellent.”

We made an online appointment for our car which had been in storage for many months and was covered w dust and indoor condensation. Greeted with smiles and kindness, Juan and Christopher immediately put us at ease even with this challenge we presented! They were both so friendly and willing to take the time to speak with us at length about the job. They gave us a time for pickup which was followed to the minute. The car looked like it was BETTER THAN NEW when we arrived! This has been and will continue to be the only place we bring our cars for detailing and hand wash in all of Miami. “Great place to take care of your car and make your wife happy. All the tools for cleaning the interior are available once you come out of the washing system. Your private bay with a vacuum that has attachments, a large sink to clean your rubber floor mats with, a machine to clean your fabric floor mats.
