Arrived in Carters to shop for a friend Feb 19 around afternoon , the manager happened to be by the door with another staff middle aged staff member, showed them some styles on my phone that I was looking for and they weren’t very helpful at all , instead of showing me where the items were they pointed me to an area and said “ go look around there” I ended up spending around $500 thanks to the help of the younger black employees. I couldn’t believe he was a manager , he should be leading by example.

I just came to the store, as well as many other people who are walking by and they tried to pull the door, and both doors are already closed. It is 7:15 PM. It is advertised it’s open till 8 PM.
Specially, during holidays this place should be open. There’s so many people walking around that you guys could take advantage of the business much more when you have sales going on.

Had a wonderful experience the other day when I went w my daughter. Excellent customer service. Ms Norma helped us find what we needed and even pointed to better deals. In fact she and her co-workers helped us find my daughter’s unicorn after the store closed.

Today is my last time going to this store. I love buying carters for my daughter, but I hate going to midtown store because of rudest staff in the entire world. These "ladies" have ZERO manners and they obviously don't want to be there, spreading awful energy around the store and making shopping unpleasant. God forbid you need help from them, you can only get their attitude. What a shame for a store that sells cute kids' clothes.

I like Carter’s clothes for my kids but Once again I see that it is better to do my shopping online and not have to deal with people's bad mood and bad service. The Midtown store's customer service from one of its workers was rude and unhelpful. They should choose their staff who always try to treat their customers kindly.

Too much bad experience with the customer service staff in the store, they are very rude, one of my children scolded me for measuring a garment, which leads to bad treatment on their part, and you can't ask why you end up being scolded.
