This experience was super personalized! I could tell that Sergio truly wanted me to feel comfortable with the transaction and the amount I received for some gold I had hanging around. He explained so I would understand the process and to be honest he makes you feel like you're going to a trusted place you've been going to for years.. as if you're a regular. I found this place here on yelp and chose it based off of the reviews of course and sometimes it can still be a difference experience for you... well what everyone else is saying is true! Once I was walking out it made sense why there are so many good reviews.
