I popped in here to try to find a new pair of sunglasses and it was the worst “high end” shopping experience I’ve ever had. Was not greeted or asked if I needed help by a single associate - literally ever. While I was standing in front of the sunglasses display, trying on different pairs, a sales associate was snatching pairs of sunglasses from over my shoulder that I was actively looking at to give to another customer that was actually receiving service. Like SO rude. And then, when I decided on a pair that I wanted, there was still nobody to be found. I saw a woman checking out with another sales associate, so I went and stood behind her so that I could check out as well. Once the sales associate was finished helping the woman in front of me, the associate literally just walked away and didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there with an item in hand and my credit card out. We stood there for several more minutes just looking around perplexed making eye contact with a manager trying to decide if we should just leave without the glasses (mind you we are standing right near the front in plain sight of the security guards and the manager standing on the steps helping no one). My husband walked around the store, trying to find somebody to help us. An associate just happened to walk by completely ignoring me and I asked if I could pay for the glasses and they said yes hold on and walked away. Finally a manager came and took the glasses and said someone was “trying to find” a new pair from the back for me and it would be a few more minutes. I finally paid for the glasses and left and it was just such a negative experience I will never go back there. It took me about 4 min to choose the glasses, and we stood around awkwardly waiting to be helped for at least 20 minutes. It felt intentional honestly. Like how could they be THAT bad on accident?? I’ll go to another location if I want Chanel in the future, but it’s such a turn off for the brand too. I had been looking for a specific style that I hadn’t had luck finding, so I didn’t want to pass on getting them after actually finding them but overall I wish I would have just left without giving them my business. Don’t bother with this location unless being made to feel like crap because you’re “only” buying a $600 pair of sunglasses is your jam.

I was looking forward to buying a new Chanel bag this morning. The shop assistant who helped me was super sweet and helpful. Unfortunately I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave as one of the security guards (white male in his 50’s) kept staring at me. Even when I caught him he continued to stare into my face. I brought this to the attention of the shop assistant who was helping me. Eventually she asked another member of security (black lady with long braids) to speak to him and ask him to stop. This security guard showed an expression of confusion and disapproval (bad attitude) The shop assistant had to explain to her a couple of times before she went to speak to the other security guard. Even the doorman on the way in saw me standing outside and looked away and continued to text on his phone.
I’ve been a Chanel customer for many year and have never received this kind of service. The vibe in the store (apart from the shop assistants) was extremely ghetto.

The staff in this store are rude and they are racist! I came here for my bday to purchase a bag but my bank only approved half due to fraud alert . A LADY NAMED PING SU gave me her card to call her when I got back home since I was leaving the next day and when I got home she told me that I was not eligible for purchase and refused to help me . I told her i felt her service was poor and not happy . I even tried to call her, she sent me to voice mail and never returned my call nor responded to my text ( All of our convo was thru text so I have proof that can back up everything I say ! ) I reached out to management ..they said she lied ..what she said was NOT true and I am very much eligible for remote purchase . They offered to assist me but I was too turned off by the treatment. I don't beg nor am I this desperate to spend my money!

I was very-very disappointed with the service of this store today!
I came for the exact pair of shoes, but my size was out of stock. I was informed that the size I needed was available at Bal Harbor.
I asked store assistant (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, the only I remember she had rather light straight hair) to put them on hold as I needed half an hour to get to Bal Harbor. She said it is not possible and I just should go and buy them. The same day 40 min later I reached Bal Harbor and asked for the shoes I so much needed. Unfortunately, the size I needed was just sold. I explained all the situation and assistant of store in Bal Harbor said that I should ask to put the shoes on hold, it is the regular procedure. And she also was very surprised why the assistant of Design District didn’t do that for me.
It’s a shame! You sell very expensive stuff and cannot provide the required level of service!

Visited today and the service was impeccable. The security guard and the female associate were very professional and classy. Definitely going to be a loyal Chanel buyer from here on out.

Definitely NOT recommended! I would give 0 star if I could = =.
Staffs are so impatient, not welcoming, extremely rude, bad attitude, and worst customer service.
Came here wanting to purchase some earrings. First staff, went to look for alcohol wipes, waited for an LONG time. She came with the alcohol wipes and asked another staff go watch over us while we try on the earrings, additionally the security was watching us too. Extremely BAD service. Later on, me and my friend overheard the staff said “so annoy” to the security behind our back.
Then my friend confronted the staff and she immediately said “I wasn’t talking about you guys. I was talking to the security about something else.” Her attitude changed and started to talk a bit nicely. Lmao
This experience has resulted us to walk straight out of the store and did not purchase anything. :)
When we were about to leave, the staff loudly said “have a good one and enjoy ur day ladies.” ?
They are definitely racist!!!! Cuz I don’t see them giving attitudes to other customers and def no security was watching over them. We’re just a group of girls = =. I DON’T recommend Asians to shop here?
