Cracked my windshield and called my mechanic who recommended I call Charlie’s Auto Glass. They came out to my job and replaced my windshield in about an hour. Great service, great communication from the company and honest and fair pricing. I will continue using this company in the future. And I highly recommend their services.

Charlie's Auto Glass is hands down the best auto glass repair shop in Miami! Jorge, our installer, did an incredible job - he’s definitely an asset to the company. Mirta was also fantastic and made the insurance claim process quick and easy. If you need to replace your windshield, this is the place to go!

Very professional excellent work. Very courageous and price was affordable. Jasmine was very professional. She gave us the quote right away and we had the service three days later. The guys that came out to do the work. We’re very nice. Took care of the job right away put everything back on the van and like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend them! I took my mustang there for a windshield replacement as I had previously taken my BMW a couple of years back when they were on calle ocho, and they did a fantastic job back then.
They were able to offer a competitive price, and Mari was very nice and was very honest in when I should be taking in my car. She had originally mis-quoted me for a cheaper windshield without lane assist, but I overlooked this as she was very kind and communicative the whole way through, took pictures of my car to make sure we stayed on the same page, and was able to get the correct windshield in on the same day.
Following the installation, the owner himself walked around the car with me and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work before I drove off, which was very nice of him.
Post-install, I've had zero issues with the install and the quality of the work seems to be great like before. The technician was very careful with my car and there are zero nicks or signs of an install on the interior of the car which I greatly appreciate. The only sign of an install is when they scraped the old adhesive off and left some marks on the inside of the pillars, but I can overlook this as the rest of the installation is fantastic and they were very careful with my car otherwise. The adhesive was applied nice and even as far as I could tell. No wind noise, water leaks etc. and an OEM glass was installed. I was particularly concerned about the installation, as I use this car for closed-course racing, however I've had zero problems so far.
Again, I leave satisfied from this place as the quality of work was great like before, the price was competitive, and the staff is fair and honest to their customers. I will definitely come back when I inevitably require another windshield in the future.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! I called the day before spoke with some who gave me a quote for a windshield replacement. The price was half of what safelite quoted me the same day. I was so happy with the price I went in the same day for my car to be serviced. Front desk was as friendly and made sure I was ok since the repair was out of pocket. I waited for the car to be repaired. Waiting area was clean and comfortable since I had to wait 2 hours. I would highly recommend Charlie’s Auto Glass to anyone that wants quality service without any BS!!! I wish I could have given them more than 5 STARS!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET COMING HERE OR MAKING APPT. You will be in good hands!!!
