This location needs to work on better training for their staff. I walked in hoping to open a business account, and had all of my documentation available, but the banker said I needed more paperwork. We had opened an account with a similar structure before so this seemed unfamiliar, but I asked for more information on which documents I would need so I could show up to my next appointment better prepared. She mentioned that she wasn’t allowed to disclose that and that I would have to look it up and bring the mystery document back next time without providing further information other than links where the mystery document MIGHT be found. At this point I wasn’t sure she even knew what this mystery document was so I got a second opinion from the South Beach location and they guided me through the entire process and had me walking out with an account in less than an hour.

Worst branch to be a private client? They don’t check if there’s a private client at. If you are your referred to the tellers, and there always a shortage of tellers.. I definitely dread coming here . the bank branch is also outdated need to revamp badly.. tell is it to help a very nice and that’s the only shining point.

I walked in hoping this branch will help me and let me tell you it was one of the best banking experiences. Thank You Rachel Gonzalez. Opening business account was easy and fast. And she helped me the issue i had with previous account. Definitely will recommend anyone to this branch.

I am living 1 star because i cant leave 0. It is really bad in customer service, i cant connect with them calling overseas i have spent more than one hour each time i called and there is no answer. A really bad service. And for me it is really important to connect. one hour and 15 minutes
