Stood in line for a while bc there was only 1 cashier. And they wouldn’t cash my Chase issued check bc the military ID is not recognized as a 1st form of id. It’s government issued and has a photo!!! Annoyed

First time, last time. Terribly slow service, with only ONE person helping those behind the counter. There are other chase banks that are better and quicker.

Worst Chase bank I have ever encountered. I have been a Chase customer for the last 20 yrs. They incorrectly opened by business account and my funds got frozen. They stopped replying to my emails and refused to see me. Manuel Perez and his boss has no sense of professionalism. You people must be ashamed for not doing your work. Truly disgusting.

Drive thru ATM broke and ATM inside You cannot access. Back in the day i wasnt like that. Inconvenience for the client.

At this Branch there are some relationship bank officers that are NOT a working class people friendly. I'm very sad since it's in a good accessible area.
The Supervisor and Door Guard were EXCELLENT, thou. Very Friendly.

Good location, drive thru ATM is often broken. The staff inside are pleased to tell you " they dont handle it" so who does?!?!??! The blonde teller needs proper customer service training.

Literally the worst Chase branch ive been to. Garbage ATM outside never works nor was it ever fixed. And the door key scanner to use the inside ATM never works either. They should hire some competent people to fix these simple issues which other Chase branches have available
