Bad costumer service. The door of this branch doesn’t open after 6pm for ATM access and this has been happening for months maybe 1 year.

Just awful! Can’t believe they only have one window. Been waiting like 30 mins for this one customer who was depositing her 50 plus different checks all to different accounts! Insane!!! No help from other stuff. So lazy and useles

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! As a Chase Reserve customer for the past 24 years, I called this branch at 305-913-5750 Mon 5/2 @ 11:03 AM EST and inquired about purchasing Mexican pesos, the agent placed me on hold and told me that I would need to visit the branch in person and that the currency arrives between 3-5 days. I later visited the branch and when I reached the teller, I am told that this branch doesn't sell Mexican pesos and the teller doesn't know how I can get them around the area or at any other Chase locations. Moments later, I am seated in their "lobby area" running a quick Google search and what appears to be a manager asks if we need help, I told him our experience to which he never apologized but that he would call the main branch in Downtown Miami. He comes back a few minutes later, tells me that he's called twice and that they didn't answer. He mentions that another client arrived and that I would need to give them a call myself and inquire. Why even attempt to help in the first place? Useless staff and customer service, this branch does not uphold to Chase's corporate values of "What matters most" do yourself a favor and visit any other branch if you seek customer service.

The GM of this location is the epitome of an arrogant, used car salesman. Lacking in any common sense/compassion/respect. I wouldn’t trust even a $1 with this branch.

Today I had a great experience at Chase Bank. Cesar Araujo was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful to open a bank account for my son. We have several questions and Cesar was very helpful, patient. He has his own style in communicating with customers and has a natural rapport with ppl. He listened and examines and gave us potential solutions and options. Cesar explained everything in details and made sure we do not have any other requests before we left. Excellent performance!! P.S. They have sensitizers everywhere and plastic see through dividers so you do not worry about Covid precautions (they follow them) and they all wear masks.

Horrible service and messed up priorities for customer service.The manager clearly does not have his priorities straight on customer service I went in to have a document notarized.I am a private client of the bank I waited for an hour and finally walked away the manager saw me waiting I was the only customer in the bank but he preferred to take care of internal stuff. I will never go to that branch again Even though its my closest branch to home

Very professional i was helped by a banker he’s name is Christian, he helped me open up my business account and was very very professional and knowledgeable, he went an extra mile in helping me getting a business credit card too, will definitely bank with chase as long as there’s bank representative like CHRISTIAN

The manager LUIS CANARIO is extremely rude and incompetent. I went to the branch to get help with and instead of helping me he created even more issues with bank. I couldn’t understand how Chase can keep manager like this WHO DOESN’T KNOW WHAT HE’S DOING.
