I would just like to say Alexis and Cassandra have great customer service and tried their best efforts to help me with opening my new account. And I’m happy to say that there’s still employees out there willing to assist you unlike others nowadays. Go chase bank with hiring both of them!!!!! :)

Appalling. They no longer have enough staff to open new accounts and they insist so much on your immigration status that it is discrimination.

Hello, I was really very happy with this bank until I deposited my check and they held it for more than 13 days. I called and visited the facility and they couldn't give me a solution, leaving me in debt with my payments, which they don't care about. , very unhappy about this, even though I explained to them that I would leave, they were not able to solve it so as not to lose a client, what a bad experience without being able to have my own money.

Incompetent staff, schedule appointments for the staff to help you with information about the account and the only thing they do is connect you with the call center because they never have their own answer

I called chase bank. I asked them if they can receive a email for me and send a copy of my new checking account to my brokerage account. They told me they can't do it. Thier lucky I went to another branch by my work. They said they can do it no problem. I was very close to closing my brokerage account and bring my business else where

This is the wrost bank you can go to, they have a really terrible customer service,we walked in and no one was there affter begin waiting for 20 minutes a young man walked out and told us, we had to make an appointment to open a account with them, when I asked for his name he refused to give it to me and left no matter at all.

I love it ! Super nice, fast, attentive without an appointment, Yaneli opened my account and there is a young girl at the bank at the checkout who is very fun, super nice, the best bank in Miami! @@ really, yes! I recommend it!
