Don’t trust everything they say.
We were charged for incoming ACH transactions and were told to get the charges reimbursed but then they didn’t do it.
We also had to go in twice to request the correct names in our business cards and they still got them wrong.
Staff is mediocre and not very helpfull.

Just had the best experience helping my elderly aunt open an account at this branch. Wendelle was incredibly nice and patient. She was super personable and helpful. First time ever i enjoyed opening a bank account!

This is the best chase bank with Customer Service! You really feel at home when you walk in there all the staff, beautiful ladies they welcome and greet you with a smile! It’s always a pleasure coming here for me
