First time to this Chase location and I can say it was an excellent customer service by Jacy Berrios from private banking. Well located Chase, apparently it’s a new location. Plenty of parking and clean facility.

Since a couple months now I’ve thinking on switching my small business bank account with Chase, today I’ve had a meeting with Yadira Medina, besides her excellent customer service, she is very knowledgeable about promotions, credit cards and small business options to grow. She guide me through the whole process and took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you Yadira. Best decision ever.
Thank you also to the receiving staff that were very welcoming and friendly.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. I came in to have a document notarized and was told it couldn’t be done because I didn’t bring two witnesses. I had already confirmed the branch could provide witnesses, and there were staff members available — they just refused to help. To make matters worse, the woman who assisted me was noticeably rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. This wasn’t about policy — it was about poor attitude and lack of basic customer service. A complete waste of time. I won’t be coming back.

I trusted this bank and went in good faith, only to be met with unprofessionalism and incompetence. Due to their mishandling of my case, my accounts were abruptly closed without proper explanation or opportunity to resolve the issue. As a result, my credit history has been negatively affected, and the bank refuses to take responsibility. This kind of treatment is truly unacceptable and disappointing coming from a financial institution I once relied on.

Second time I visit chase- “no one” available to help. Seems more like the lady didn’t want to help as I had overheard her say she was almost done with the client she had.

I have a complaint about the conduct of Yadiel Martinez de Osada. Their lack of professionalism was evident during our appointment scheduled for 12 p.m. Unfortunately, Yadiel did not even show up on time; He passed behind us and urged us to follow him without the slightest courtesy.Once seated, I expressed my interest in opening a bank account. However, Yadiel's response was discouraging and uninformative. Upon mentioning my Cuban nationality, I was abruptly informed that I could not open an account without certain additional documents, which are not mentioned on the official Chase website. He offered no explanation or interest in understanding our banking needs, including whether we intended to make a deposit.The treatment we received was extremely disappointing and showed clear prejudice towards my nationality. Yadiel's lack of courtesy and professionalism was evident, and his unsatisfactory response evidences a discrimination problem.I hope that steps are taken to address this situation and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of their background.
