The worst customer service ever by Carolina, I was talking to her and she was on her cellphone for half the time with a horrible careless attitude and body lenguaje. Well the rating of this bank say it all. Maybe this location needs a new manager

Terrible customer service from Carolina. Didn’t bother checking anything before telling me no, just for me to get the problem solved from Samantha, who actually wanted to do their job and had a much better attitude. Solved within literal moments. All Carolina wanted to do was tell me no in different ways and not even look or fact check, which was a waste of time. Review that lady.

Lacking customer service. No one greeted us as we entered. The lady that I approached was rude and honestly looked upset to speak to us. As opposed of assisting us as a walk she turned us away and was rude about the situation. She was not assisting anyone at the time and could of at least tried but we were told to sit with no information on how long it may take. Worst chase branch ever, save you time and go elsewhere.
