I arrived at 1:25 PM to open a checking account, but the teller, a Hispanic woman, informed me that they were not opening checking accounts at that time. I asked to speak with the manager, and she said his name was Luna and he left already. When I requested his business card, she said she didn't have one. This was the worst service I have ever experienced; it seemed like they didn’t want to open personal checking accounts at all.

Awful customer service, especially if you want to open a new account. They don't treat you with respect or professionalism. I don't recommend this location for any kind of business.

This branch does not belong in Doral. The customer service is horrific. A bunch of ladies are gossiping instead of working. It's actually pathetic. They think this is a school or a beauty parlor. Hire new people who actually want to work

I had a very bad experience with Andrew Delmas, the Business Relationship Manager. He literally doesn't care about the customers and its not responsive at all, we call his personal phone, no answer, we call office phone, no answer, we sent the documents via email, no answer. We have an stablished business generating over 10 million in sales and that how he treated us. Good luck, not recommended at all, don't waste your time.

Terrible customer service. I was waiting since 4:15pm to see a banker and at 4:45pm they asked me what I need to do and then told me that will take too long and they close at 5pm.so I need to leave. They Didn’t make any effort to help me. I was with my 80 years old parents. Too bad!

I have been trying opening an account they do not show any interest on it, the teller did an appointment for me last Friday for today and they said I am not in the system?. I have to left. Now I have to make another appointment and this takes days to have it. Really bad customer service or they need more people to help new and future customers.

Everybody was very friendly, polite and professional. My only real complaint is the delay between when I went in. And how many days I had to wait for an appointment. But I guess they're busy. I shout out to raitza, who really tried to help me.

Came in 10 minutes before closed and the cashier did not want to give me a cashier check. She made up some lie that they didn’t have any printing paper. I refuse to believe that an entire bank can’t print out a paper. It’s just pure laziness to avoid having to stay a little after 5pm

This branch has the best customer service, I was helped by Grisell and she guided us through the process very nicely. We are glad we opened our account here and Grisell was incredible
