This bank is a nightmare, staff lacks knowledge.
No one wants to assist customers. The notary didn't even have their notary seal at the office and made me come back 2 times. Worst experience in doral.

Chase Doral Isles has the worst customer service, I moved from NJ to Doral and the service in NJ is the best, Chase should close this branch, it does not meet the expectations of Doral customers that we have had with Chase for many decades.
