never go to this branch to solve your banking problem, YENY MORALES has a race problem or it could be her pregnancy hormones, the two people at the booths don't know how to do their job, I explained to them that my business partner had authorized me for our bank account business and that I had to go through a branch to sign and the incompetent did not know what I was talking about, they called a bank agent Yeni Morales and with the worst attitude she said: it's 4:30 I can't help you anymore we close at 5, She had no clients, I don't think the signing took more than 30 minutes but I was polite despite her bad attitude, they scheduled me an appointment for the next one between 5 minutes late and she said she was not going to see me. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH CHASE! Customer Service is horrible! The people in the bank cannot call customer service without a massive hold time. They flag your account for everything and you can never get anybody on the phone to resolve the issue.

Me and my fiance came to combine our accounts on a Saturday. We got here at 1220. We weren't even greeted and were immediately told "I'm sorry we can't help you. If you want you can speak to my supervisor". Horrible customer service. They didn't even want to try and help us. We even overheard one of the employees say "I'm not helping them". Ridiculous. Needless to say. We will be taking our money elsewhere.

This Chase branch does not even answer their phones. what can you expect from the rest of chase banks .most of them no longer have to write thru systems I'm banking a different bank from now .. The hell with chase bank ....

Worst customer service I've ever had at a bank. Went in and needed to talk to someone and there was no one to receive me and direct me to the right person. Once I was able to talk to someone he was very rude and unhelpful. The manager saw me trying to get some help and ignored me. Someone should do something about this branch's customer service.
