Chase Bank has helpful and considerate staff, with Bryan being especially praised for his patience and understanding. Customers appreciate the helpfulness and thoughtfulness of the employees, despite some negative experiences with certain tellers and cleanliness issues. There was frustration over only one ATM working and the drive-thru being under construction, along with overflowing garbage and debris making the area feel unsafe at night. Overall, staff efforts are recognized, but there are concerns about the environment and service consistency.
Despite the customers being absolute heathens and complain about everything and anything. The workers here are very helpful, thoughtful, and considerate especially BRYAN. Good job guys keep up the good work.
