I have observed a decline in customer service quality, and unfortunately, the bankers at this Chase Bank seem to be among the worst. During my recent visit for a personal matter, I politely inquired about a sign-in sheet from one of the bankers in the cubicles. To my surprise, the woman in the second cubicle on the right, in front of others, asked me what I needed. I explained that it was a personal matter and that I would disclose further details if I could speak with her or another banker. She replied, “Get an appointment with the teller.” Since when do I need an appointment to see a banker? Furthermore, they didn’t have any appointments available for a couple of days. I need assistance now not in a couple of days. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I am closing my account with this unpleasant and unreasonable institution. Bye Chase.

Don't go here, they won't help you, the customer service is terrible, it's unbelievable how they treat a potential client, I tried to open a checking account with all my documents, they keep saying excuses that they work with appointments. I said I will wait and if the client does not show up the person could help me even at that precise moment the worker was not doing anything, so they told me that I needed a lot of documents, in the end the objective was for me to leave and I did, it is incredible that I have I have to beg so they can manage my money and use it however they want. horrible experience

The branch manager at this Chase Bank, provides terrible customer service. They refuse to give their own business customers cash change for over $100 when their policy says they can. Not only did I call customer service and they confirmed that the branch manager was not following branch policy but I also read the branch policy and when I pointed out to them that they were wrong, they refused to admit it and insisted that the policy meant something other than what it actually says in black and white. The branch manager does not view business employees as "business customers." If it's a huge nationwide corporation, she expects for the CEO to fly from whatever state they are in to come to the bank to personally get change for each individual local business. I would not recommend for any business to bank with this Chase Bank. Literally the worst customer service I have seen ever. Even when she is 100% incorrect in her "interpretation" of the actual policy, this woman has no interest in "working with her customers." She views us as "less than." She actually referred to store employees as "runners" and said we were not "customers." Wish I could give a -5 instead of a 1.

Terrible experience. For the second time I go to the branch, after being stopped for around 20 meters. Being a worker without a client and seeing that she was busier on her cell phone than in me who had already been unemployed for some time and was not able to get up and ask me what I wanted, another person who had a client helped me and asked me what I wanted. I told her that I need to do some Questions for a loan. Since it is my bank for more than 10 years. This worker had not the slightest intention of giving me the treatment I deserved. In the end I was assisted by a man who gave me some explanation.

This branch is an absolute joke. The employees spit on your face as they make you “wait a few mins” and then say “oh sorry, I was busy and forgot to ask.” But to be fair they have ALWAYS been pretty terrible so I should have known better not to go there.

I’m not exactly sure what has happened with this chase branch or location. I mean they are terrible. They do not answer the phone. When you go in, there is no one to guide you as to where you need to go or ask a question. No one assists you. I was trying to go in & ask if they have notary services bc I couldn’t contact them through phone & I was not able to get absolutely anyone to even acknowledge my presence.

Horrible service. Schedule an appointment, which was confirmed by then sending me a text to my cellphone. When I arrived, they were like “oh yeah, the person did not show up, we tried to call you but we don’t have your cellphone.” Why lie to my face like that. No necessary. I get things happen but don’t lie.

i went with my daughter to change her account from high school to adult. there wasn’t a single person working and no one could help me because there weren’t any appointment available- when in fact the bank was just empty. honestly, it’s all a protocol and no one truly wants to help. i went to another chase (147 sw 8th) without appointment and i was helped immediately. Don’t go to this branch (120sw 26th) !!

Gave us a roadblock for every single thing we tried do to at the bank. Tried to say I was deceased twice while holding my ID. Completely incompetent.
