While customers appreciate the great customer service, some branches lack full access to deposit and withdrawal services outside of ATMs, which can be inconvenient. Staff members are often friendly, polite, and attentive, with some customers noting the kindness and respect of employees. Despite limited staff at times, the service quality remains high, making visits positive experiences for clients.
First time ever in a bank that was no teller that you could actually walk up to and make a transaction. I wanted to deposit some cash, and I had to use the ATM. Which was actually more time-consuming for me.
So be aware, if you want a teller, the old-fashioned way, this is not the Chase Bank to go to.

Great customer service but this sucursal didn’t have the access to do any deposit or extracting money just through the ATM ? machine. We recommend that implementation of the full service will be very helpful for clients like us.
