The best Chase branch specially Alex he is very knowledgeable about open account, I went to another chase branch and the account specialist Dave me wrong information until I went to see Alex and he told me that hi h step I need to go and then he opened my business account very fast. Alex good job.

I want to share my outstanding experience at Chase Bank. Every time I visit the branch, I receive top-notch service, but I especially want to highlight the work of Yadira Medina.
Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help make every visit quick and pleasant. She’s always attentive to details, answers all my questions with patience, and ensures the process is smooth and efficient. She’s a true example of what great customer service should be.
Thank you to her and the entire Chase team for maintaining such a friendly and professional environment. I will definitely continue to trust your services!!!

I went to the bank today with my mom because she deposited a check through the ATM and the amount that was deposited was incorrect. We went in to speak to a clerk to have it resolved and he was extremely rude. His name is Alex. He did not help out at all but instead just told my mom to call the phone number behind the card to fix it. We were sitting outside the bank, while on hold to speak to a representative over the phone we overheard him saying “at this time I am not going to help anyone”. We arrived at 4:40pm. Thankfully the phone representative was helpful but Alex at this bank was just awful to deal with, terrible customer service. Will not be going back here, I rather go a little further than deal with him again.

This is a small branch which is very busy. There were lines, but transactions happened quickly so the wait to see a teller was minimal. You will have to wait a significant amount of time if you want to see a personal banker and a lot of people will be waiting with you. The staff is friendly and helpful.

When my local.branch closed I moved to this branch. The 5 times I've visited for several different reasons I was greeted friendly and helped efficiently. My wait time was minimal and staff were all polite.

Henry assisted me today and he's knowledge and assertiveness were superb. I had such a great experience with him today.
