Went to this branch two weeks ago to pay off my HELOC loan and the teller could not figure out how to transfer the funds from my checking account to the Chase HELOC account to pay it off. Its impossible to speak to someone from that branch , I always get redirected to customer service , the employees of that bank never answer the phones
