The staff had very dismissive and disrespectful staff. Decided to terminate my account with Chase based on the encounter at this location. Would not recommend, if I could give negative stars I would.

Had an exceptional experience with Kenia today. Would highly recommend seeing her specifically if you need to visit this branch. I’m a Canadian who recently moved to the US and she was able to help me with opening a bank account and a credit card on the spot!

Went in with driver license, for business at teller, Omar asked for my SS# (4). Said he could ask for it. What for I gave ID. Spoke with Diego ( Officer) no help. I don’t want to go into details, but was very angry, will not be doing business with Chase again.

The lady manager wouldn’t take my deposit gave me the worse time and then smiled on my face glad that she didn’t help me! only because one of my bills had a small dent on it.
Clarified she was a the manager and that I was better going to the treasury department I went to a different bank and they helped me right away. Such shame since I work near by now but not going back inside that place.

3 days to open an account with an appointment and everything takes about 3 hours to open an account and without people at the agency it takes too long to serve you badly, the Bank has terrible service hours

This Chase branch in specific lacks profesional employees!!I got there around 3:30 pm on a Monday afternoon to open an account with you guys, and the employee that was inside told me that he wasn't able to help me because he was alone at the branch. It's sad to see unprofesional employees create losses and/or destroy leads of potential clients due to their laziness.
