This Chase branch in specific lacks profesional employees!!I got there around 3:30 pm on a Monday afternoon to open an account with you guys, and the employee that was inside told me that he wasn't able to help me because he was alone at the branch. It's sad to see unprofesional employees create losses and/or destroy leads of potential clients due to their laziness.

Worst experience ever! Personal here really don’t want to work. Chase what’s going on with your personal? Not really helpful people. If you dont have an appointment you basically can’t do anything. I’m your client and this is the kind of treatment you give to your clients? Really disappointed. Improve your system.

The staff here are amazing.They are very kind and try to accommodate you as best as possible.There are some times for some things you do need an appointment for but not to use the ATM's or the teller windows.Prepare to be amazed.

Do not come to this branch, my 3rd time in this horrible place and the experience on 3 occasions disappointing; bad service, racism; everyone doing nothing and nobody takes care of you, very bad service. I do not recommend it.

Do not I repeat DO NOT USE THE ATMS ON THE INSIDE OF THE DOORS. Mine broke while I was using it. Took the money from my account anyways. Bank teller said within minutes it would be back in account. Lies.. now I have spent 45 min trying to make a claim to get my money back. Very annoying. Do not use ATM. Because they are not run by Chase so if anything goes wrong Chase can not help you except for it to fill out a claim through the ATM company.
