Today, December 27, 2024, I had a bad experience at this Gas Station. I went to the counter to pay $10 worth of fuel for pump number two, but the pump never dispensed the $10 to me. It turns out that the Girl put the $10 at pump number one and the person who was at pump number one says that she collected it and put it in Fuel. The problem is that now that I'm going to ask her for it, she doesn't give it to me, she doesn't know how to give it to me. The response says that I told her bomb number one, so I am supposedly going crazy giving away fuel. They didn't give me a response and the woman who was there with her was very rude. A few of the pumps are insanely slow. Took almost 10 mins to pump 6 gallons worth of gas.

Here I come….Gas price is lowCustomer service is super lowToday is diciembre 31 everybody should be happy except this employee lady at 6:00 ? am shiftOk , long story short…I asked her for a colada just one coladita she acts very lazy like she hates the customers or the coffee machine no idea why shy didn’t said good morning back to me, no idea ?? why she rolled her eyes when I asked for another coffee a second coladaI was so confused ? about her reaction that I wish I had time to pull a credit card and order her one thousand coffee coladas but no , I have the money but I don’t have the time .I can’t believe my eyes ?This lady was making faces at me rolling her eyes because I ordered a second colada , what is wrong with her? I fill my tank here every day and every morning!!!From now on I’ll ask her for a colada and then a second one , she makes me feel so bad about it ?!?!I think if she doesn’t like itI’ll do it again and again every dayI’m not the customer who walks away from the places where employees think they owns the business and disrespects the customers,I know for certain the owner will read this review and do nothing..watch how many bad reviews already about bad customer service experience and she still there like she owns this gas station .I’ll be there every single day making her day miserable asking for two coffee coladas just see her faces and her eyes rolling ?What a pathetic employee.

I've been a customer for years and the location is great but the customer service and cleanliness is terrible. Went to grab a bag of chips and a roach fell off the bag and onto my shirt. My reaction was to jump and scream and the Cuban lady at the counter very loudly and in front of all the clients said in spanish, what the hell is my problem. I stomped on the roach and she started screaming extremely rude and sarcastic that I needed to get a napkin and pick it up myself because she wasn't going to do it. I no longer go there because of this incident.

Change fuel filter. Ok place but often pumps fuel very slow, likely pump filter not changed sufficiently.

my son who is a very quiet hard working young black male got hired at chevron gas station across from the sunseeker resort in port Charlotte .. was a victim of racial in equality.. he put me in tears I had to hide it .. he said mom I quit cause this boss cussed me out in front of customers, I was working alone trying to help ppl and she cussed and embarrased me in front of ppl called me names it's bad enough he found out from other coworkers that they were hired for same job at $15 versus me at $12 .. mom was that because of my color.. so for this event I hope it stops in Port Charlotte florida and wherever else.. Normally I don't get involved but when it comes to my kids I'm done..

The owner is one of the most deplorable humans in the world who disrespects customers and life long residents of the city of West Miami . He weirdly stares at women gawking at them while making their purchases when his wife isn’t around trying to hit on them. He kisses the behind of the local police department and pays those fat piggies off with pastelitos in exchange for free protection making it the go to hangout spot for piggies ?
