Went there with my family when they were at the Mirimar Food Festival. We stood in line for over an hour, then finally got to the window and we paid for 2 crack conch meals. Waited another hour only to be told the food was sold out and they could only give us one crack conch dinner and gave the white man who ordered after us the second dinner. Finally made it to the Island Boyz Food Truck when it was in Miramar and they did not disappoint. Cracked conch and conch salad were delicious and good portions. Will be coming back again when they are in south broward.

We stood in line for about an hour to place our order and another 1 1/2 hours to get our order. We ordered two crack conch and fries only to be told when the order was ready that they are only giving us one. It was a first come first serve policy but yet they gave customers who ordered after us their crack conch but refused to give us our two. No proper explanation nor an apology was given. To top it all off the conch was neither tender nor flavoursome. Your customer service is very poor and needs to be addressed. All customers are VIP!!! You don’t only lose one customer because of a single bad experience. You lose a multitude!!!

Ive never been to Florida in my life. However, last week a transaction was processed on my debit card that was at home with me in Nebraska. How do you process a transaction at a convenience store without the physical card? Its been disputed with my financial institution, reported to my local police as well as the police there. It will also be reported to the better business bureau.
