Top notch customer service! Loved all their products. Bought a pair of slippers for pick up and two for shipping. I called the store and informed them that I was going to pick them up instead. But then I totally forgot and they were kind enough to ship everything without me even having to ask. Felt like a VIP customer.... read full comment

Found theses cute shoes to go with my Prada bag, just one the workers made me uncomfortable constantly watching only me which was weird.

chifinos use to be great deals unfortunately their prices went pretty high but I admit they are beautiful shoes. But the last time I was there the young lady was not helpful nor interested in selling bad for business.
