I went in for help with an account activation, and the staff was incredibly attentive. Despite being busy, they quickly assisted me, resolved the issue efficiently, and explained everything clearly. Excellent service!

It was a pleasure to visit this branch.
I was a little worried about going to any Citibank Branch because of the really bad reviews related to the bad service they provide.
But this is one exception.
They where very quick, patient, attentive and helpful.
Congratulations to all of the staff especially Grace, an example of excellence.

I wish I could give more than five stars. My elderly aunt’s account was frozen by Citibank because of suspected fraudulent activity. We talked to everyone possible to have her funds released to her. This caused her landlord to try and evict her; a lien was put on a storage unit she couldn’t pay and her telephone and internet service was cut off. After the last telephone tag with various representatives my husband made the decision to drive myself and my aunt five hours to Miami so she could walk in a branch.
I didn’t get the representative’s name but he was very patient with my aunt and made sure that she was able to get a cashier’s check for her current and back rent and get the remaining balance in cash. I am so grateful to the representative and this branch for helping my aunt.

This location unfortunately is bad in my opinion being in an area where there's so much traffic you would think that the customer service and the attention for business would be like at tops but unfortunately it's not. I've been coming to the location several times and I could never get an appointment the place is always empty yet they always say they have other appointments I've called over and over and over nobody ever answers the phone till this day the email addresses that are provided to me for me to send over documentation none of them work as they all keep coming back to me.
