It has been so complicated banking in this branch. After sometime of furstrations a loses for my business, I decided to change of branch and everything runs normal now. I suggest to do not waste time banking hre and even worst to talk to branch manager Rosamaria.

But they refused , because of the address of my. Business account ,
I told them to check with sunbiz.org ,
But they refuse to accept the sunbiz info.
And tried to search on google .
They prefer to believe the info in google .
So , I decided to invest my 25k to Wells Fargo .

Avoid Citi Bank at All Costs – Horrible Customer Service and Missing Funds for Over 100 Days!!!
If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from Citi Bank. I received a legitimate transfer to my account, but they unilaterally decided it was fraudulent and closed my account without notice. They assured me my funds would be returned within 30 business days. Fast forward to today—100 business days later, and I still have no funds, no updates, not even a letter of explanation.
Every time I call, I get a different story. One representative confirms the amount I’m owed and promises a check is on the way, only for the next one to tell me I won’t receive my money. They’ve provided multiple dates for when my funds would be returned, yet every single one has been a lie.
This level of incompetence is shocking for a bank handling people’s hard-earned money. How can anyone trust Citi Bank when they can’t even fulfill basic promises? If you’re considering banking with them, think again. Don’t fall victim to their poor communication, false promises, and outright negligence.
I’m still waiting for MY MONEY, and Citi Bank seems determined to drag this out indefinitely. Absolutely unacceptable. Beware!

Great service. Maria P. went above and beyond to helps us. Truly amazing. She answered patiently all the questions my elderly parents had which was no easy task. Melissa at the counter helped answer a few of their questions as well. Thanks again for all your help.

Worst bank I ever been. 1 month with a dispute and all incompetent people just don’t care about clients. I’m moving my accounts far away from them.

Sandra was not my teller but she was so rude and disrespectful in front on everyone with another teller named Omar, this is not right! Omar performed my transaction in a professional way, he was kind but Sandra was very disrespectful in the way she talked to him in front of everyone, this is unacceptable

I was assisted by a girl who was more lost than confused. She didn't know what she was doing and she would stay quiet at the computer for several minutes and when I asked her if she was doing my thing she said yes but didn't ask me any personal information. After 20 minutes there with that fool I decided to hang up the phone. Too incompetent, she seemed to be involved in her social networks, she didn't even ask me my name. How annoying to meet such unprofessional people.

The worst customer service of any bank in Florida. I have been a customer since 2005 and I can only say that they are going from bad to worse. There are fewer and fewer offices and the staff that remains in the few that remain is terrible, to the luck of God I will try to get them to help me before they close, there is no list to sign up like in any bank or a qualified person with a tablet that take your turn and request at the entrance. ??

Since May 2022, they closed my account without any justification and as of today, the funds I had in my account have not been returned to me. You go to this bank and they don't help at all, regarding any possible solution.
