One star solely because Yelp does not allow me to post a review with zero stars. You know how TD Bank has the slogan "America's most convenient bank" well Citi should have "America's most inconvenient bank". The people at the counter bicker with each other IN FRONT of customers. Marines literally told the guy that was going to help me (Nicholas) that he should go help the family that had come in after me to open up an account because "priorities" excuse me? Im here to deposit over 100K into 3 separate corporate accounts but it's ok for me to wait but not for a new account? They no longer offer drive through services. They have a perfectly good drive through, they just don't offer that service anymore. They "apologize for the inconvenience" but will make you wait while they have a full on conversation about their mortgage and the new investment property one of them wants to get that will basically pay for itself with rent, etc, etc, etc. if you come to this branch, you will wait. And wait. And wait some more. They will be rude, and they will be dismissive. If you can either go to another branch, or another bank altogether, do it.

I have had very positive service, all has been very professional...I do it from my car and two of the gentlemen that work by the window already know exactly what I need and serve me the way I need my transactions done. Very satisfied indeed.

After 2 failed visits and countless phonecalls to Citibank call center (located overseas), we met with Giordi Laguna today and he did everything to solve a 5 month-long fraud problem. Not even the pandemic encouraged the bank to improve customer service over the phone or via email... 5 stars for Mr. Laguna.

The customer service in this place is terrible, especially from Mrs. Kenia. They do not value customers at all or are interested in serving them...if i could give it less than one star i would. The only person who cared to help me was Jorge.

Ok, Citibank still have very good people working for them, I was stressed out because I had an with my account, with money locked there since December, more than 10 phone calls and no one helping me, but there is always someone with a very good mood and also very good at work, and that person is Rita Cabrera, fast, skillful and nice, thank you again Rita for being so helpful and so nice.

WORST BANK EVER, I went there to open a business account and after one week... ONE WEEK they told me that ''the person who is in charge of opening our account is on vacation''. clearly, they have no interest in helping the customers... I've been a customer since 2012 and I never had an experience like this before.

Because, as they said themselves, “We aren’t here to secure your money, only to hold it,” after their crappy software was hacked our savings was stolen. They say they don’t need to credit us for what was stolen! Worst bank ever. We said make sure our account has top security and they did NOTHING to secure our money.
