Mario Luna was great! Answered every question I had and even some I didn’t even ask! If he’s not a manager already, they need to make him one ASAP. Spoke for 15 minutes and not once did he make me feel like I was wasting his time. Honestly, one of the best bank experiences I’ve had.

I know this branch is in doralzeula but they dont need to manage like we are in a third world country! Paula Marques(Blondie) worst branch manager ever! She lied looking at me with a straight face( total poker face). They dont respect appointments or the line. Had my appointment at 11 a.m. was helped at 11:58 a.m.. To add insult to injury they skipped me again! I almost had to make a scene to get some respect which today is totally scary and dangerous. They basically put my life in danger. Spent over 2hrs just to get a debt card for my kid.Most horrible experience ever!!!!!!!

I don't understand why people are complaining about this branch. I've never been in the line for more than 5-10 minutes. Always been greeted with a smile and highest level of cordiality. There's always parking available.

Today I went to the branch extremely exhausted due to lack of sleep for how busy I been. They where extremely nice to me and patient with me. One of the employees even gave me some coffee that he bought to help me wake up. They where extremely nice and caring and they made my day alittle bit better with there kindness definitely will come back.

Ms. Márquez was unprofessionally rude towards my dad, my mom and myself. We were waiting to open a new account for 1h30m and no one told us they wouldn’t take us after that long of us being there. My father is traveling to Venezuela at 4am and we needed the account to be opened but she denied after us waiting for an hour. Moreover, this great gentleman who opens gold account offered his help even though he wasn’t able to help us because we were opening a regular account. As we were thanking the gentleman Ms. Márquez walked out of her office towards us and started speaking English to the gentleman in front of my parents who are NON English speakers (which is very unprofessional) saying inadequate things about us but little did she know I was an English fluent person.

After reading most of the comments already recorded albeit from a year ago and even older, this branch and this Bank in general DOES NOT care at all about providing basic customer service still!!!. I state basic because going above and beyond is a concept CITI Bank does not foster or even encourage. Sad to stay nothing had changed here!!!. The staff is rude. You are made to feel like YOU are interrupting their day. Appointments made make no difference, you still wait long after your appointment time. CITI Management needs to be reminded they are not the only Bank in town!!!.
