I arrived a little before 5 for a euro exchange service and I was really disappointed with the service because they did not want to serve me, they told me a lie to not serve me and all because they wanted to leave early, the truth is that I give it one star because it cannot be put less!! What bad service and treatment in this place because they serve you thinking that they are doing you a favor and what makes one want is to close my account with them and go to another bank where they serve me better!!

Very incompetent. Told us that all of Citi banks wiring systems are down. Called the corporate number and a different branch to actually complete a transaction. Three members at this establishment could not get it together or didn't know what to do

Would not cash my Citibank check because I did not have an account. What the heck kind of bank service is that? Drove 20 miles for them to tell me I had to drive another 10 miles to another Citibank in another town

One of the worse banks you can have. Very Robotic. It’s so big that it’s gotten to the point that they don’t know who to transfer your call to for a resolution. I lost my credit card it took me one months and 9 calles and 16 transfers to finally get someone to help me see my credit card back online. When this finally happened I had to call back to request to see my checking online too. That took 5 calls and 2 hanged up calls.Bankers love to transfer calls. Most of which are not in the USA. Very sad. Get it together Citibank!

The customer service it is really bad. Bad organization and even with appointments it take to long to do a simple changes in your bank account.

Fantastic service from Adrian! Went in a couple of days ago for an issue with my account and Adrian went above and beyond to get my issue resolved. It was near closing time yet it was the earliest we could get to branch as it's first branch when you come up from The Keys. Our issue was important as we are in the middle of a long trip and we could not access our funds. Adrian did everything he could including making necessary calls and enlisting managers help and they got our issue resolved. Thank you Adrian, all bank staff should be like you and provide quality customer service. You will do well in life and business!

Valeria Moncada - calls herself a manager, very rude and unprofessional. Bank hours listed online are 10-5, but they close their doors at 4. Couldn’t get inside and speak with representative at 4:15pm. Worst experience. And bad customer service overall at this branch during every other ones of my visits.
