If I could give this bank no stars I would. I have never encountered such terrible service from a bank. Do yourself a favour and do NOT open an account with Citibank. Their customer service is appalling and trying to resolve issues over the phone is a complete waste of your time.

This bank is worst , they do not want customers I came to open on April 10 and They are not accommodating. I think , they do not like to work So many excuses . Manager should check their personnel. Or the manager himself probably does not like to work the same as his employees.
