This review isn’t towards the bank because unfortunately after over 10 years of being a client I had to leave. However through the entire ordeal the banker named Yolanda has been an angel in disguise. I recently had the pleasure of working with Yolanda at Citibank, and I can confidently say she is one of the best banking professionals I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked into the branch, Yolanda made me feel welcome and valued. She listened carefully to my financial goals and offered thoughtful, personalized solutions that truly fit my needs.
Yolanda’s expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients were clear in every interaction. She took the time to explain all my options thoroughly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and so personable.

This Citibank branch has a super nice tellers and fast service every time I needed and for any kind of transaction
The manager Yessenia she is very helpful and professional with a lots of knowledge and she always looking over to make sure that customers get the help they need and as fast as possible

Today, October 10th, at around 3 pm, I went to make a deposit at the Citibank on 16 Coral Way. It was money in one dollar bills. This had never happened to me before. He put the money in the machine and told me that he only had $100. That's not possible. There's more to it than that. Give me the money and I'll count it in the car. There was $199 in it. What happened?

They say the doors closes at 2:00 I had to do a really quick withdraw from the counter because I needed different bills and I arrived 1:59 I ran to the mistress at the counter and she react with bad expression and she told me that she close the drawer, of course I understand that everybody wants to leave on time but they should keep open one drawer if any emergencies like me today

Beware! They are used for fraud and good luck if you want to talk to a human to report it. If you are unfortunate enough to speak to someone, they will be unintelligible and unhelpful.
