How sad it is that this so called "International" company is unable to cash a check from Citibank Delaware. They asked me i have to deposit the check. I'm a Citibank member for almost 20 years. And this bank is becoming worse and worse. Probably I will give Citibank the lowest rates across-the-board. Lately I had to do a few in-personal transactions, abd i ended up very dissapointed.I closed one account last week. I will close all my accounts soon.

Waited over an hour to speak to a rep. Manager took me in to tell me in less that a minute to call the 1-800 number to get my issue fixed. no customer service, very little knowledge about products and packages or simply did not want to help. Spent 45 on the phone and got my call hung up three times. Not sure what happened to this branch or this bank.

I went there a few of days ago, one of the bank agents called the police because of an elderly woman was complaining about a bad service. I felt really bad because the lady was shaking hands and one of the women in charge refused listening. Then, suddenly there were 3 police cars like if she was a criminal. I don’t know what was happening I just felt so bad just to see what they were doing to her. The bank associates (one was pregnant) who handled the situation were super nasty, rude and mean. Never return to that place again. I hope that lady call a lawyer….I would do it.

Great banking service,great dedicated Citi Bank employees,only downside is the location next to the sketchy Silver Bluff neighborhood that the City of Miami has tried to contain with police and barricades.

The worst service that a person can receive is found in the Citibank branches, I applied for a card and after waiting 30 minutes to be attended by having many people doing nothing, a worker came to me who did not know how to do her job, I had to ask the one next to him and the result was that I do not send my documents, therefore after so many days without receiving an answer I am in the beginning, citibank is useless, it is the second time with the same situation

Was rude at the Coral Gables Alhambra Circle on the telephone, and left me waiting on the line forever, and also I couldn't call the Coral Way branch either they were busy every time I call.
