Customer service sucks, I stood in line for 20+ minutes before I got assistance.... They never have more than 1 bank teller to assist the customers..... They need to hire more people.

It looks like they don't care about their customers. I called early enough to get an easy answer. They put me on hold for 10 minutes. What rude people as well, the supervisor was rude. If you don't like your job, you should be a supervisor.

Customer Service is very, very, poor. I called to inquire about closing a company account and was placed on hold for 15 minutes and 14 seconds. I finally grew tired of waiting and disconnected the call. There is no excuse for placing a customer on hold and returning to assist the client.
