It’s ok as a local coin laundry but DON’T Go after 8:30 pm even if they claim to be open until 10pm, it’s not true. Apparently staff “locks the door at 8:30pm and turns on the alarm at 10pm” kinda wild when you’re going at 9pm to dry some clothes. They should provide an accurate time a close at 8:30pm

Don't leave the store while your clothes are in the dryer because some of them stop in the middle of the cycle and you'll come back to wet laundry. This has happened more than once. Also the price has gone up and the new machines use less water.

I am a regular customer but when you need it the most is when you have to give up the most. I arrived at 8:26 and knocked on the glass 3 times because the door was closed and the lady pretended not to listen to me and left for last. When he opened it it was 8:29 and I told him to wash and he said no and I told him but until what time is it, and he told me that what happens is that the last wash is at 8:15 and the doors They close at 8:30. I said, oh, thank you. Clearly the door was closed earlier today and washing is at 8:30 because the sign says so and because other times I have washed at 8:25. Just like he once told me that he couldn't dry any more clothes because the loundry closes at 10 but at 9:30 no one can be inside, so it closes at 10 for whom? For the owner? Or what.It would be appreciated if an administrator or manager responded, I am not a very demanding client but I demand respect because I am a person and one does not go to wash at that time for the love of art but out of necessity. A little more desire to work than is charged for that

THEY PUSH YOUR BUTTONS AND THEN THEY SAY IT WAS NOT THEM. BUT THEN THEY OFFER YOU TO PUT THEM ON THEM AND CHARGE YOU A FEE FOR THEIR WORK.THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE

This lady didn't let me wash at 8:20 pm because she said that the last wash is until 8:00 pm. They should change the notice on the door
