I couldn't be happier with the exceptional craftsmanship CMG Links put into my Cuban chain. It's truly a stunning piece of jewelry. Yohanka was a pleasure to work with—she was always responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. I needed a rush order for my chain, and CMG exceeded my expectations by having it ready before my deadline, with an impressively fast turnaround time. The chain itself has tighter links and a heavier weight than what I've seen from other Miami Cuban chain makers offering similar sizes and lengths. In my opinion, CMG Links is a top-tier chain maker, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I'd recommend them to anyone seeking a high quality chain.

Just received my chain, and let me tell you, it was definitely worth the wait! Fantastic craftsmanship, the attention to detail was on point, and links are TIGHT! I did tons of research and all roads led to CMG Links. The craftsmanship on the custom Jesus piece and the 9mm 28” Cuban link were superb. Anytime I had a question Yohanka Garcia was very responsive and helpful, she has very impressive customer service skills. I cannot say enough good things about this business. I love my chain and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Hands down the ONLY place to go for the AUTHENTIC cuban link! Just had another amazing experience with them..I ordered two bracelets as wedding gifts and not only are they flawless but they went above and beyond to get them to me in time. I ordered a 5mm, 22 “Cuban Link Chain for every day wear and this thing is just beautiful! I'm ready to continue to do business and grow my collection , but the 5mm is for everyday. The customer service, craftsmanship and presentation is just mind blowing. Great job CMG Links! Perfection and quality are both important and do take time and patience.

After waiting for more than 5 months for my chain, I was able to get my hands on a fine piece of jewelry, which was a 18kt 7 MM 22" Cuban chain. I listed out things below that CMG can improve on:1) Timing - Website showed completion 3-5 months ARO (after receipt of order). The chain arrived late. CMG should have relayed the delay in manufacturing during the early stages of the order.2) Box clasp - One of the hooks is not clipping properly making it a loose connection. I've read countless of reviews from Google and other forums, and CMG was the best Cuban chain maker. I was a little disappointed after this issue happened with only one wear.However, this was the best necklace I have ever bought, anatomically wise. The chain is very tight and does not go out of place, unless forced by the owner. It sits very nicely on the neck. Also, the customer service was undeniably good. Yohanka was very transparent with the order delay, after I emailed them about the timeline for completion. They will get back with you within 24-48 hours. I would have given CMG 5 stars, if not for those issues listed above. Overall, I would recommend CMG to friends and family.

Best chain I have ever purchased, and I will be coming back in the future without a doubt. I have no idea how its possible for them to hand craft a chain, and literally have everything about it come out so evenly and refined. It's almost as if it was crafted by a machines/robots/gods (or whatever you wanna call it).
The chain is flawless, no imperfections, dents, dings, or anything. The best part is that they have the best prices around. I have no idea how its possible to allow for a good price and 8 star out of 5 quality. These people are well above their craft. You can relate how legendary Beethoven was to piano as to how the CMG team is to creating cuban links.
I had meant to write a review earlier, but I had ordered a silver chain that is machine made, and let me tell you, the quality isn't even close at all, not by a long shot. I will upload pics to see for your self. If you want the best quality and prices, look no further than CMG Links. The time you have to wait for the chain is without doubt worth every second of them perfectly articulating the details for you in the allotted time span of waiting.

Ok so today was the big arrival day of my 14K 20inch, 8mm, Miami Cuban-Link chain.... "WOW"was my first thought upon opening the box... WOW now meaning "Worth our Wait".. My wife & I were totally impressed with the true handmade Craftsmanship of this piece, the chain was completely straight, the links tight and smooth, and the clasp tight. I did alot of looking around before making such a purchase and hands down upon receiving the finished product, know, I made the Correct choice CMG is a family owned/operated business, they told me from the start it would take time but would be a piece I would be proud of. "Absolutely Love it" I would certainly utilize them again. Yohanka thank you for the constant updates & photos your family certainly are professionals in their craft and your honesty goes along way.... Thank you & family truly professional service start to finish....

I give this company one star. First off, the chain is great quality with great workmanship. The customer service prior and during the purchasing process was decent. I didn't really have any issues. However, when I received my chain, there was a scuff on the flip lock I reached out via email, almost immediately expressing my displeasure with that. I went in to get the scuff buffed out and polished. In person they were pleasant and made it seem like my concern was important. Merdado attempted to rectify my issue, but needed more time. He said he can have it back to me in three weeks it took over three months close to four months in total I did not have my chain. Mind you all for a scuff on the flip lock. Yohanka was the voice for the company and wasn't prompt with response or professional for that matter. In fact, I had to hound her to get updates as she would not even respond at times. Bottom line is, if you want a nice chain (which is a dime a dozen to come by in South Florida) with abysmal customer service and over a three month turnaround on a simple fix. This is your place.

My 2nd purchase from CMG Links. The 1st was a 8mm 20in 14k Cuban chain. It is a beautiful chain with great color, it took about 4 months to arrive but was worth the wait. My 2nd purchased was for custom work on a 15 yr old diamond and rubber bracelet. I requested the rubber-band be replaced with a 10mm square Cuban to attached to the diamond ID plate. This was custom work and took a lot longer than expected. I was greatly impress with the workmanship and quality of the bracelet. The owner's wife help greatly with designing the remake she was remarkable. They are the real deal!
