Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I paid for a full MRI, expecting a professional service, and instead I was given a blank disc — no images, nothing. Because of their mistake, I showed up to my doctor’s appointment and he couldn’t review anything. My entire visit was wasted, and I still got charged by the doctor because they didn’t do their job correctly.
This isn’t a small issue. When you’re dealing with medical imaging, accuracy and attention to detail matter. Their error delayed my care, cost me more money, and forced me to waste even more time going back to the imaging center just to get what I already paid for. There was zero accountability on their end.
If you’re considering coming here, understand this:
You are trusting them with your health, your time, and your money. If they can’t even provide the basic product — the actual MRI images — imagine what other mistakes slip through. This experience showed me how careless and unreliable they are.

just go somewhere else to make an appointment this place is a ripoff. They want you to leave your credit card on file but can’t tell you exactly how much they want to charge on your credit card and they don’t tell you that until you get to the appointment which makes no sense. Just don’t use the space. There’s so many other places that you can do Mri or whatever you need to do there are images.

I called because they are sending me a bill for $300 I called my insurance and I was told that I don’t have to pay, that my balance is $0.00, we csll in a conference call with the insurance representative and Yoselin answer the phone and said that she can’t help that must be her manager Kelly to call back in 40 minutes I told her that I can’t because I’m going back to work and she said I don’t care , she is so rude and I never had any issue with them before but after this call will never come back to this place and I will not recommend them anymore because I have been sending friend and family there. Sorry but they should listen the call she is so rude .

Appreciated the quick procedure to get my brain mri and got the disc right after after a short wait. The parking is pretty tight though, there's only about 6 or so reserved parking spots for CMI and all the other ones are reserved for the other places around.

RUDEST FRONT DESK I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN ALL OF MEDICINE. Avoid this place at all costs. There are PLENTY of other imaging centers!

What a horrible experience at the CMI location at Miami. They have a gentleman at the entrance with a nasty attitude and horrible customer service. They want you to put a credit on hold to charge what ever you insurance doesn’t cover instead of just sending you a bill to inform you why was not covered. They give you a form for you to sign to allow them to put a hold of $400 when i ask why you don’t notify the patient by mail to see why the insurance didn’t cover, he roll his eyes and turned his face and told the other girl put a note on the system. Never in my life had an experience like this. I told them to cancel my appointment that i will go someone else. Many place to go for an MRI without having to put up with someone treating you like that.

CMI south got my son in same day for a knee injury. Turned around results next day to his dr. The technician was kind and professional. Thank you!

I want to begin by expressing my gratitude to the entire team at CMI South, from the front desk staff to the exceptional technician, Mr. Rodriguez (Jose Luis), who guided me through the MRI process. The machine, a large cylindrical tube, initially seemed a bit intimidating, but Mr. Rodriguez was incredibly reassuring. He provided earplugs and the option to listen to music through headphones, which helped to mask the loud, rhythmic noises of the machine.
Overall, my experience at CMI South was very positive. The professionalism of the staff and the clear instructions ensured everything ran smoothly. Thank you once again for the excellent care.

I had a great, experience with my first MRI. I highly recommend this place, the front desk staff were very professional also the technician that did the MRI was amazing ( Mr. Rodriguez ) thank you so much for walking me through the process. Also they give you your CD which is very convenient.

Personnel were very helpful and very polite. MRI was done on time and very professionally. The facility is very dirty and very old. It should not work as a medical facility. The dust in the blinds, the fake filthy plants, the stains in the carpet, garbage in the floor.
Signs of asbestos in ceilings
Water out of order and there are smelly sofas.

Absolutely the worst!!!! Jose Luis was so rude to my elderly mother. The people in the waiting room were sitting waiting with me and could hear him yelling at her. After when he was finished he shared with me that the images were blurry and that she was moving. I asked him to please attempt again and he said no. Waste of money and time!!! Worst experience I have ever had. Poor service, poor customer service and simply rude and inconsiderate to the elderly!!!! If my mom’s surgery is delayed because of his lack of care concern to do his job right our whole family will be so disappointed!!! Do not go there it is a waste!!!!

Why the bad reviews? Had my second visit and they were sharp on time, cordial, professional, all the equipment in perfect shape.
