The gentleman who assisted me was fantastic. He was very helpful when picking out a replacement strap for my bag. Helped me with trying on shoes. Helped order the shoes to ship directly to my house. And was enthusiastic about helping pick out a bag. He was so kind. He was fantastic and made the experience wonderful.
