Loved my experience! Everyone was so nice, especially Shlomoh Astete. I came in to buy heels, and he sold me a beautiful bag to match with them. He is very talented. All the staff were so kind and made my experience wonderful. I recommend!!

Went there with my sisters, had a great time with Stacy. She was so patient and informative, and super kind too! Helped me pick out the cutest pink wallet and perfume.

My fiancé brought me to this location to surprise me with a bag for my birthday. The first employee that we encountered was very nasty to say the least. When my fiancé asked if we could purchase it, she instead blurted out the price (which he never asked for). Then when he repeated himself, she said “oh…ok” then walked away and never came back to assist. Disgusting.
The second person who came over was much better. She assisted with monogramming and helping me pick an additional tag. Thank you!
My second complaint however, is that I did not receive my bag in a box like all my other Coach bags. Just the dust bag. I’m really disappointed in our experience. Customer service is surely lacking here, at least when people like myself want to make a purchase.

The gentleman who assisted me was fantastic. He was very helpful when picking out a replacement strap for my bag. Helped me with trying on shoes. Helped order the shoes to ship directly to my house. And was enthusiastic about helping pick out a bag. He was so kind. He was fantastic and made the experience wonderful.

I’m an out of towner from NC and had no room left in my luggage to take any purchase home with me. Valentina was very kind and helpful and I was able to have my purchase shipped home. I’ve always been a Coach fan and with my first time going into a physical store, the lovely ladies of this store gave a great impression.

We came here on vacation and loved the experience. I called a couple days ahead to see if they had some products i’ve been eyeing and the associate was happy to put it on hold until i arrived in Miami. When we got to the store she was very patient and encouraging without being pushy. We really enjoyed ourselves and ended up purchasing 3 items.
