They changed owners and gave me a different filler, I asked them about it and the pharmacist got defensive and hung up on me! Ugh now I have to change the compounding pharmacy when it’s around the corner!

I lived in the Grove for 30 years and recently moved to the South Miami area recently but decided to keep my Pharmacy in the Grove. This past Tuesday I went to pick up a prescription for Crestor and for some reason decided to count the pills when I got home and realized there was one pill missing.
I called the pharmacy and the young lady that answered mentioned that she would be more than glad to give me that one pill for whenever I could pick it up. Never happened to me before but I guess accidents happen. Driving 10 miles to pick up one pill is not ideal but good customer service took the sting away.

This pharmacy runs beautifully like ones we frequent in switzerland and Bavaria. Some really fine cosmetics, candles, stuffed toys for children and even things for animals. I get all my vaccines there and all are painless if a shot. Prescriptions are ready in no time and you get great attention from the attendants. Such a great discovery⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quick refills. Lovely boutique pharmacy. I like not having to go to a chain. I walk here and I am always greeted by a friendly staff.

We have been a customer for over 10 years! Purchasing expensive and numerous medicine through my husbands cancer treatment, as well as mine and my son's. Not only that , but we have always advertised them as we believe in supporting small businesses. Today i needed help as I am traveling overseas and forgot to get the refill prescription for my birth control pills, the owner , himself picked up the phone and tole me , he could only sell me one pill package for $1000 dollars, and there is nothing else he could do for me , so I started saying that he was not helping me , so HE HANGS UP THE PHONE on my face !!!! I could not believe it !!!! So rude and unnecessary. Thank God there are other people in town that actually care for humans and for business as well. I actually got it for $55 at Castilla87, and they could not have been nicer and more caring!

Probably the worst customer experience we've ever had as consumers. My husband and 18-month old son were at the pharmacy looking for products. We moved to the neighborhood and were excited to give this pharmacy business as we like to support small local shops, and even noted this as our preferred pharmacy at our doctor/pediatrician offices. My husband walked there with our son to pick up a few items and unfortunately (it is small, and he was trying to maneuver with a stroller), accidentally broke a candle on one of the shelves. Not just any candle, but a $75 candle. The owners said it was policy and we had to pay for it, despite seeing us as local customers (I picked up a prescription yesterday), my husband holding a handful of items he spent time trying to locate, and knowing it was a total accident. These things happen, and while I know it's less than ideal, I think during this day and age, it's better to be kind to repeat customers, especially when trying to juggle a young toddler... a little understanding would have gone a long way. The glass shattered, we were trying to make sure our son wasn't cut, but the first thing they said to us "you're going to have to pay for that." We paid for the item, but it was a very frustrating and argumentative conversation. Very unpleasant people all around.Back to Walgreens for us, and will be sharing the story with all of the other families we're close with in this area.

i has a prescription to be filled but no-one could do it here so the dr said go here and talked to 3 people the people assistant that worked there, the manager and then the owner...whoa wow are rude i mean really unprofessional i was told by a naples dr to try this pharmacy for cbd oil so i called and wow got someone screaming on the phone telling me i should not come here that i should not bring my rich a** over there. firsthand i'm not rich by no means just because i live here in naples doesn't mean squat and secondly nobody has the right to talk someone unprofessional just because they live in other county. well thank god i've called instead of going there i was only humiliated on the phone if i have gone there i would have been humiliated in person and then my jersey girl would've came out likeshe did onthe phone !!!no one and i mean no one has the right to talk to someone like that. sweet cakes you lost my business and your going to lose more business if your going to be so rude, you don't deserve to have a business

I am shocked by how much this pharmacy has changed for the worse. As a customer for 4+ years, I have now been told that I am a "DEA risk" and refused my refills. No concerns whatsoever had been raised in the past. The condescending attitude towards me was shocking. I never post reviews but felt obligated to share this experience.

I recommend AVOIDING this pharmacy (as a customer for 4 years, the way they treated me during my last visit was absolutely uncalled for. They will never get my business again). I am shocked at their reckless actions and utter negligence. I was told that I am a "DEA risk" and treated as if I was a criminal. Yet, no concerns whatsoever had been raised in the past. There was no legal basis for their refusal to fill my usual prescriptions. They insinuated that I do not have legitimate prescriptions, and refused to fill my doctor's usual prescriptions. - They willfully and negligently placed my health in jeopardy by denying refills which they knew I had run out of. These medications cause serious problems when stopping suddenly, and any competent pharmacist would know that. They explicitly violated required standards of practice. No attempt was made to ask me any questions, contact my doctor, or even explain the "concern" to me in any clear detail. I am astonished a pharmacy would deny filling usual medications out of the blue, with no probing whatsoever, other than simply accusing me of being a "DEA risk". Their conduct was beyond rude, belittling, and did not conform with Florida's pharmaceutical laws - designed, in part, to protect against unjust refusals such as this. They have given me other people's scripts, wrong medications, wrong pill counts etc. but I let it go. They know my background, profession, and my 4+ years of being a loyal customer - Which amazes me further that they would act with such malice, and not expect consequences to follow. I never post reviews, but feel compelled to share my experience because of how blatant their disrespect was.

Coconut Grove Pharmacy provides fantastic, quick, and personalized service you won’t find at CVS, Walgreens or other pharmacies. The staff is friendly and the pharmacists provide great support for the entire family. The store looks like a chic little jewel box, filled with wonderful bath and body products. Marie knows about all the lines they carry, including many European brands, and has great suggestions. They have lovely gifts and it’s hard to leave without trying something new. Once you go there, you won’t ever return to a regular pharmacy.
