I came here multiple times before and it was okay, the place does cost twice as much as a regular landry mat, and I did notice that i was being overly watched by the staff. Which is why I was giving it an okay rating, not anymore! Was here yesterday, and it was BAD. I am a regular to this coin laundry even though there are places that are much cheaper, I come here instead. Yet again, the stores failed to protect their regular customers from some random people who are from out of town. As I walked into the laundry mat, I noticed that the huge washing machine was broken, I didn't understand. This place cost too much for anything to be broken. The smaller but large washing machines were all overfilled with somebody else's clothing. His clothes can not get cleaned overfilling washing machines like that, nobody told him anything. I asked him if he had finished when one of the washing machines turned off. And i got treated with disrespect, the store didnt tell me anything. Then the man threatened to hit me. The people who worked there told me that he didn't say what he said. Oh, so now theyre talking?? And multiple customers ganged up on me. Of course I didn't feel comfortable, and I went outside. When i got on the phone with my friend to tell him, one tall bald got followed me outside and got into a BMW and started yelling at me too. It was concerning to see someone following me outside like that. They shoud have told that guy toNOT make threats to other people, but the business called me a liar instead. It was demonic. I called the police and reported that guy who threatened me. I am not playing, and I couldn't help but notice that race and gender came into it. Why come over here and open business in a Black community, and yet you do not respect or protect your Black customers? Not coming here ever again.

Zero stars if Google would allow. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! THE MACHINES TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THE OWNER DOESN’T REIMBURSE! HE IS A THIEF! Please read all the negative reviews of this place before you do your laundry here. The positive reviews are fake. This place is empty for a reason.

This place is the WORST. It clearly says 24/7 online but it is NOT. Don't waste your money or time here. The lady said that if I want I can dry my clothes and pick it up tomorrow from their nasty machines. Ridiculous. Scamming hardworking people out of their hard earned money with FALSE ADVERTISING which is ILLEGAL. Absolutely insane

Bad service, the girl who worked there refuses to help anyone, when the dryer kept my coins inside she said she couldnt help me, so i have to pay for another dryer, awful service!

Would never do business here. Called one morning, and because I didn’t speak Spanish, she just hung up on me and refused to answer the phone again?? Weird. Strange way to run a business. Guess it’s another place that only cares about its spanish customers.

This laundromat supposedly has an app the save the customers money when we load money on to it I have been coming here since they first open but this will be the LAST TIME the app was not working ALL day long no signs anywhere i proceed to load money onto my account only to get a message that say the owner discontinued this service I go to the attendant and she was aware of the situation but she says she don’t need to but no signs up I demanded she call the owner again the WORST customer service he won’t even talk to us and he refuses to reimburse me therefore he does NOT deserve my patronage. He is a THIEF!!! With employees that don’t even know how to do laundry or provide proper customer service!!!

?There is no place to sit, and the minimum for the dryer is $2.50, you cannot put $0.25 or it will burn your clothes. Don't waste your time, there is better!!!!
