I went in there to deposit money to my Discover card and buy some items. Unfortunately, they have a policy of closing down customer service at 8 pm which is very inconvenient for many hard working Americans that work all day and can't make it in time to get this type of assitance to deposit cash in the checking account. The alternative was to do it through the cashier but because there are a few amount of cashiers and the process takes long for the cashiers, I advise you not to try it this way. My biggest problem, besides what I have already addressed, is the fact that my card couldn't be read by the computers they have as a payment options so I had to pay in cash; my card works everywhere else without any issue. This has got to be the worst experience I've had in any Walmart which is why I highly recommend those who are used to better experiences in their life to skip this store all together. I might seem salty about my experience but put yourself in my shoes which you probably have if you've shopped in this store.

The manager is a shameless person who wasted our time after we had made our purchase, I will not shop at this Walmart again. Don't buy here. Shameless 3 years of shopping to be treated with such a lack of respect, making us waste our time in a line of several hours and making us over-scan things

It's minutes from my house but there are always lines to pay and the manager should be more friendly, after being in line for more than 10 minutes he told me that that box was closed and the light was on, what a bad time I had, they should give them classes on how to treat customers and after I left that cash register a cashier came and continued charging and he told me can you come here and I said No Thanks!!!! Bad manners (and that's the manager) the employees don't know where the products are but they are always on their cell phone talking and those in the carts who pick up the order by phone if you don't get off they pass you over and with the phone on Hand, until when are they going to allow you to use the phone while working? It's embarrassing and not very Cortez. I hope you read me and check what I said above. Good evening.

When clearly needing help, and asking, employees will walk by you or straight up ignore you unless you ask them loud and clear and get up in their face show them who’s boss. I understand people can be difficult but that does not mean you hold a grudge against every human being and withhold DECENT service. I mean, it’s your job. It’s what you’re paid to do. If you’re not doing that; what the hell is half the staff doing here. I asked to open the baby formula section and have been waiting so far for 10 minutes with multiple employees walking by me and making eye contact but quickly look away and acting as if they never saw me. I have to go to work too. I’m doing my family a favor, getting food for the baby. He’s hungry at home. And hey, honestly, you just wanna be in and out of these kinds of places. It’s horrible disrespectful and clearly they’ve never actually worked a difficult job in their life if a customer asking them a question is enough to tip them over. Everyone here is entitled and hasn’t worked for real a day in their career’s here at Walmart. I try not to be petty, but how i wish they would all be replaced by robots.

The manager needs to go better in expediting customers items. There is always a huge line to pay with only 3 register open.

This is the worst walmart that has ever been built. The staff has no heart towards the elderly. They see them struggle at the checkout spending 1 hour trying to find an item and nobody helps. They all stare. When you ask for help they ignore you, literally they look at you and IGNORE YOU!!! At least have the decency to respect human rights and do your job!! It’s not that difficult to offer cashier service for the elederly or when the store is busy to have more than 6 self checkout!!!!!
