I love this brand and this location is amazing. However we were completely ignored the entire time. There was only one other customer in the store. We tried on shoes on our own from the rack and after approximately 10 minutes I asked the associate Barbara why she didn’t ask to assist us in any way. Overall terrible service experience.

Terrible experience… I would give 0 stars if I could… this store in the Brickell City Center has a nice layout and nice shoes, but the 2 employees inside the store completely ignored me… and I walked looking at men’s shoes from front to back… I ended up leaving…I’ll take my business to another store. what horrendous employees… incredible, what a nasty attitude

Very poor experience. The person that work at the store didn’t acknowledge me the whole time I was there. I have to give them one star because the attitude of the attendant. The best funniest part,is that I was wearing Cole Haan Shoes and I truly was looking to buy a pair of shoes but the experience was so bad that I decided to order online.

Horrible experience. No service. The moment my husband and I walked in there was no greeting. The ladies who were so call “working” were loud having a personal conversation. One was slipping her Starbucks while she watch me walk in the middle of the store. I took few minutes to look at the selection. No assistant at all. I took two pairs of shoes from the wall and walked all the way to the back of the store to ask for sizes. The employee said “That one is for golfing and the second pair what size?” First of all HELLO? Should be asking what is that I am shopping for. Maybe I was looking for a golfing shoe. The lady brought me the second shoe to try on. She never came back to ask how I was doing. I found this team to be rude. I walked out without the shoes. I wasn’t pleased with the service.

Would not recommend this in-person location. I am truly a fan of Cole Haan, and have purchased their shoes online for years. This was my first time in store in person and had a saddening experience. I walked in and a worker was right in front of the door on a phone. I smiled and although they did look up at me, they just continued on the phone and did not say a word. I then continued in and two more workers ignored me, it wasn’t till I was all the way in the back that a kind worker acknowledged and helped me. While they made the experience great but slightly rushed, everything else left a sour taste in my mouth. They were turning over the store for the winter collection at 5:30 pm peak hours, several hours before they closed. The store was a mess and I wasn’t able to see everything. After I was helped and purchased my items the same people ignored me and stared at phones while I left. I understand turning a store can been nerve wrecking but to be ignored when all I wanted was a pair of shoes hurt. Felt like a wasted opportunity to upsell me on additional items, which I definitely would have purchased if sold, convinced or could see the product or didn’t feel rushed or not wanted in the store. I looked up more items to buy on the way out since I felt like I couldn’t doing there. I do hope this is a one time thing or just this location from the reviews I read online after I went. Although I don’t go in person, I can confirm I will not be going to an in-person Cole Haan again. Disappointing for a luxury brand and do hope this isn’t a trend.

I walked into the store and the sales lady made me feel unwelcome, she was on the phone the whole time and was not getting any help so I decided to leave the store.

Came to the store this evening, may 15th the sales lady on the phone all the time. She can speak English but she decided to speak Spanish only to us even though i spoke back in English she only spoke back Spanish. Another customer came in and she spoke English. seriously? Luckily there are better and other shoes places since Colehaan are not welcoming

Went to buy a pair of shoes 2 days ago and I couldn’t be in the store for more than 10 minutes without almost passing out they have no Air conditioning in the store. How can they possibly operate like this! Plus the Lady Managers are super rude and unprofessional.

I was in the store over the weekend and the store has no air conditioning. This is the second time I go to the store and they have no air! I thought I was in a sauna instead of a shoes store. I almost fainted!!! Horrible store those poor employees. This store should be closed Down!

I’m a big fan of this brand and we always wear this brand, my dad gave me a pair of Cole Haan but they were too small for me, I went to the store located in Brickel City Centre in Miami, LIGIA CALVO the manager was very rude with me because I didn’t bring my receipt and asked me to go to an outlet, this type of conduct is unacceptable for a company like this
