This company is a quick talking and sells you what they claim is a better machine than it actually is. Beware, if you don't speak Spanish you are in trouble.
I called to have service done again over the same type of problems. They said since it had been 5 months it no longer applied. So now they don't even want to service the machine. The girl spoke with such a heavy accent she was almost impossible to understand and when i asked to speak to a supervisor because they cancelled without any notice to me, she hung up.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

The worst company to rent your photocopiers, terrible service, do not fall for their programs because once you sign they do not show their face to solve your problems and they remove all responsibility.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! These people leased me a defected machine. IT brakes down at least once a week and their answer to the issue is "you need a bigger machine". The original representative (Yolanda) missed lead me into the machine she leased us. Now the new representative (Richard) wants me to get a new machine. They want me to extend my contact with them but I'm not. From now on every time the machine breaks down I will write a bad review. Gio from TGI BAIL BONDS.

Just to let you know that the representative Carlos O. was very helpful and persistent to make sure the equipment was working properly. He took his time to make sure I was well taken care of. I couldn't have had a better experience because he was right on time and patient with me. At the end of the call he made sure I was ok and he made sure I was more knowledgeable on the machine. I was and am well pleased. I appreciate him and Complete Office. Thank you Carlos O. and mush Blessings.

I have been with Complete Office for almost a year and have been given 5 Star treatment. Every technician that has come for repairs or services has been on time, precessional plus informative on what they are doing. Then there is a followup call from the back office to make sure all has gone well. I will continue will their services and renew contract for another year.
