Just had my internet set up this morning by Doug.
He arrived on time and called to let me know when he would be at my place.
He was friendly, professional and I was up and running with THE FASTEST internet service I've ever experienced in about 15 minutes.
This is without a doubt THE BEST service I've ever experienced with an ISP. I'm used to dealing with the big 3 in Canada... Convergia USA is leaps and bounds ahead of them.
Will be recommending to all my friends :)

My technician was on time, kind, helpful and knowledge about the new system being installed. He even set programmed the remote to my specific tv ! I would definitely recommend Convergia USA !

I like this company. I've always received a good service. I don't know why people complain about a collection representative like Rachel. Everybody hates her but you don't have to talk to her if you pay your bills on time. She is doing her job, slow payers.

I like that they were able to merge all of our services into one invoice. We used to pay separately for all of our providers and all of our sites. Now it's all together and saves a ton of time.
