My go to professional beauty supply store! Love this store and the staff! It’s always clean and tidy pricing is always correct and visible, clearance is amazing and the staff is helpful. Maria is wonderful. I’ve encountered her several times in the store always has a smile on her face no matter how busy it is or if she’s running the store alone, she provides great customer service!
Had an encounter today with her and another customer who says she was treated badly by her. It was not the case at all, customer was upset because Maria could not fluently speak English, but she was still being very helpful and trying her best to help! Customer yelled at her and told her to find someone else to help her, and it sounded very racially charged. The associate maintained her composure and told her that she would get her the help that she needed. Thank you Maria and this location For always taking care of my professional needs.

Never have a good experience at this venue. They NEVER answer the phone obligating you to drive there if you have a question and now they are closed when Google states they are open. Plus the last time I was here the attendant was rude and not helpful with a product question.. So disappointing!
